Committed to Innovation
In the last few years, COPAS have invested heavily in new machining capabilities and efficiencies, spending £4.6 million, with £1.8 million invested in fully automated hard metal machining.
This investment in innovation has helped us create new jobs, reduce the amount of waste produced, increase production efficiency, reduce errors and lower costs, resulting in a greater ability to innovate further.
We are not a company who likes to follow. We prefer to lead and we encourage our staff to step up with new ideas and new ways of working. By fostering this attitude, we empower our staff to never get complacent.
